How to read this
What these numbers are, and what they are not
Aggregate only, by design
Each model is served by an ordered list of upstream channels. We publish how many of those are serving, never which vendors they are or where they live. Naming our supply chain would help nobody but a competitor.
A route dropping out is not an outage
Reduced capacity means a channel was taken out of rotation by the circuit breaker and traffic moved to the next one. You would usually see nothing except a slightly different latency.
Measured, not promised
Success rate and latency are computed from real requests over the last hour. We publish no uptime SLA percentage, because we have not been running long enough to have earned one.
Dashes mean no data
A dash is an honest "we have not measured this yet" — a model with no traffic in the last hour has nothing to average.
